Parked up yesterday helping a lady who's car was wheel spinning she was in floods of tears.. it's dangerous it's like an ice rink I fell ended up walking with just socks on as I darnt move my car.. it's the same again today and that's after I rang and complained about it I was told it would be sorted .. are these people going to pay out if there is an accident

Lethal in this cold weather. It is like an ice rink and not gritted. Almost impossible to walk on. Come on those responsible - surely you have a duty of care to your patrons!
