Offered a deal for a new washer and TV but only when at checkout did they say we HAD to take the home care policy. Explained we already had better insurance in place and the deal was taken away. Told it was company policy to only give deal with £7 a month insurance policy, explained again I already had insurance that was better and was told by manager "well good for you" spoke down to me and my wife in front of our children and lost over a grands worth of business. Poor place to shop and all other online reviews site say the same thing about customer service.
