Having just received my Blue badge, I know ignorance is no excuse. I assumed it was free, at the West Gate car park. I stayed just 20mins to look at a sale at the local arcade shoe shop, A week later through the post I was informed I owed £60 fine to be paid immediately or pay £100 pounds. As I have a disability the £60 caused me hardship money wise. I appealed but to no avail. If at all possible do not use said car park other reviews are not cordial of this company
