About half the time my repeat medicines are ready and there are no problems. At other times the medicines are not ready despite my being told over the phone they are ready. My prescriptions used to go missing on a frequent basis forcing the doctor to issue another batch (not an easy matter to resolve). Service can be extremely slow with one gentleman in particular who takes forever and doesn't like answering questions or accounting for any of the issues involved in missing prescriptions etc. Whatever goes wrong and whenever I get some sort of answer it is nearly always my fault. I'm being quite mild here there have been a lot of issues. If it weren't for them receiving my batch of repeat scripts for the year and the convenient location of the store I would definitely go elsewhere.
