This is one excellent local shop. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Suffice to say that the second hand guitars compete really well with prices on ebay and private sales. Most shops charge far more for secondhand.
I needed a new tuner for my acoustic and the manager found me one right away. They value repeat customers so I recommend repeat visits to this unusually good shop and come away with a feel good in that you're supporting a real local shop that values its customers. I never feel under pressure when trying their kit in store and that seems quite rare to me these days. 01-11-14

About half the time my repeat medicines are ready and there are no problems.
At other times the medicines are not ready despite my being told over the phone they are ready. My prescriptions used to go missing on a frequent basis forcing the doctor to issue another batch (not an easy matter to resolve).
Service can be extremely slow with one gentleman in particular who takes forever and doesn't like answering questions or accounting for any of the issues involved in missing prescriptions etc.
Whatever goes wrong and whenever I get some sort of answer it is nearly always my fault.
I'm being quite mild here there have been a lot of issues. If it weren't for them receiving my batch of repeat scripts for the year and the convenient location of the store I would definitely go elsewhere.

The staff are abrupt and rude. They laugh amongst themselves at the sarcastic and unintelligent quips they make at the customers' expense. I shall not go there again. Almost everything I said to them quite politely was made into some sort of issue.

Attitude problem barely begins to sum it up. They seem to enjoy having you rise to the bait as though having turned a polite customer into someone half as rude and abrupt as they are is some sort of life accomplishment.

In short- avoid and go elsewhere. 01-11-14
