I today asked them to review a case in the family Court. There are 1000's of documents that need reviewing. This would take many hours to do. They told me that all they would do is spend half a hour reviewing it. I then spoke to the Director their who called herself Claire Pickering. She then decided that they have just introduced a new policy where they didn't take over existing cases.
How can a firm give a professional opinion on a case in 30 minutes?
When I asked Pickering this she rudely put the phone down on me. How is this a "friendly and helpful Family Law team"? More like nasty and rude!
