Extremely disappointed with this shop.
Originally came across very friendly but shortly after tried charging me more than what I would pay directly from Apple to have a screen repaired. After taking the price down to the same (but still over £100), I had a new screen put on with some tempered glass.
A few days later the phone had what I was told were water spots on the screen. This could have only been due the phone being in my pocket when it was raining (never an issue with any phone before). When I approached the shop owner about this he told me that it was impossible, insinuating that I was lying. He then refused to do anything about it in an abrupt and rude manner. This left me over a hundred quid out of pocket in no better a situation than before.
In addition to this, a few days later my phone fell about 30cm on to my bedroom floor and cracked in multiple places. Furthermore, the screen became visibly loose in the top left corner - the spot I would imagine where the screen was not attached correctly in the first place, hence the water damage.
I have taken a bit of time to think about wether I should write this review and have contemplated whether I should just 'let it go'. However considering the poor quality of the parts used and the terrible after sales service, I feel it is only fair that I write an honest review of my experience and make people are aware that this is the risk you take buying from this shop.
